My background
I spent a decade in the corporate trenches before I realized that the hardest transitions aren't the ones on the organizational chart—they are the ones happening inside the leader. I started Pulse to Power Coaching because I grew tired of seeing brilliant people held back by invisible manuals. My work is about giving you the keys to your own psychological infrastructure.
A few things I know for sure
The manual is a myth. You weren't born with one, and you don't need to follow anyone else's.
